RETURN POLICY

The return policy of the bebe4u.eu website gives you the possibility to return the products you have ordered through our online store or part of them, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of issue of the purchase receipt / invoicing of your order.

The transport costs for the return of the parcel to the Company in cases of withdrawal from the purchase, are always borne by the Customer.

Products can be returned in the following ways:

1. Return to Store

You can return your products or part of them to our physical bebe4u.eu store by means of a transport company (courier) or to the address bebe4u.eu Deria Siakir, Kikidio 69100 Komotini. Our days and hours of operation are Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00 and Saturday 09:00-15:00.

Product returns must be completed within 14 calendar days of receipt. To return products, proof of purchase and/or delivery note or exchange card must be presented.

2. Return via eShop

Before taking any action to return one or more products, you should contact our store by calling +302531081216

or at the email address info@bebe4u.eu.

During your communication, you will inform us of the code of the product you wish to return, the reasons you wish to return the products.

Then you pack the product in any packaging, which will ensure that the products reach our store without damage.

The return of the product can be completed through the Courier company we work with. In this case you will be charged with transport costs

We will then inform the courier company to contact you to collect the product. The product should have all the tags and accompanying tags of the manufacturer that it had at the time of purchase.

Alternatively, you can choose the courier of your choice. In this case, you are solely responsible for the transport costs and bebe4u.eu does not undertake to cover/participate in any amount requested from you for the transport.

The return will only be accepted if you have previously paid the shipping costs for their return.

Refunds are made in accordance with this return policy, provided the integrity of the product is established. In particular, that it bears no signs of wear and be suitable for resale, according to its original condition.

Within 5 days from the day of delivery of the package to the company, your money will be refunded in full.
