Change Policy


In accordance with this change policy, provides you with the possibility to change the products you have ordered through our online store, or part of them, within a period of 8 calendar days from the date of issue of the purchase receipt / invoicing of your order.

Changing products can be done in the following ways:

1. Change in Store

You can change your products or part of them at our physical store, Kikidio, 69100 Komotini. Our days and hours of operation are Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00 and Saturday 09:00-15:00

The change in size is completely free on presentation of the receipt or change card.

2. Change via eShop

Before taking any action to change one or more products, you should contact our store by calling +302531081216

During your telephone or electronic communication, you will inform us of the code of the product you wish to return and of the product with which you wish to replace it.

Then you pack the product in any packaging, which will ensure that the products reach our store without damage. The product should have all the tags and accompanying tags of the manufacturer that it had at the time of purchase.

In the event that you wish to change the size, the procedure the first time is completely free and the cost of transport is borne by the Company.

In the event that you wish to change the code in order to receive a different product, you will be charged for shipping costs. The change of the product can be completed through the Courier company we work with, in which case you will be charged for shipping costs.

In the event of a balance difference, payment must be made by cash on delivery or by deposit to a bank account before the product is shipped.

We will then inform the courier company to contact you to collect the product.

Alternatively, you can choose the courier of your choice. In this case, you are solely responsible for the transport costs and does not undertake to cover/participate in any amount requested from you for the transport, whether it is a change in size, or a replacement with another code.

The change will only be accepted if you have previously paid the shipping costs for their return.

According to the change policy of, the delivery time of shipments ranges from 3 to 5 working days for shipments within Greece and from 5 to 7 working days for the islands. However, in case of remote area there may be deviations in delivery time.
